AN ANNUAL MULTI-CITY PERFOMANCE ARTS FASHION SHOW PROPOSAL

Our mission is to bring awareness to social issues

using the power of fashion performing arts

The STRUT Internship Program teaches Cause Awareness, Business sales, Community Service, several categories of Performing Fine Arts: Hair, Makeup, Stylizing, Dance, Acting, Fashion Design, Stage Tech, as well as providing mentorship, counsel, and internship over the course of the 3-month workshop. The STRUT workshop is affiliated with T.P.S. and works directly with high schools and colleges to give students school credit at the completion of their STRUT Internship after the students graduating production; STRUT FASHION PLAY!!

The STRUT Fashion Play is their culminating performance and is hosted annually with an average of 200 - 400 guests pertaining to the venue occupancy, with the mood and attire of Glamorous Upscale Fashion.

STRUT accepts Up to 8 Designers, 25 Hair Stylists, 25 Makeup Stylists, 100 models, and 5 dancers per State.

 

The winner of the STRUT Internship is chosen by the most diligent cast member! 

If a designer wins -they receive a sewing machine or dress form of their choice.

If a stylist, dancer, or model wins -they receive a photoshoot spread.

Every STRUT winner wins a photoshoot, $1000 event production internship, flowers, crown, and sash and chooses the next year's cause with a $4000 venue budget to produce the following year's STRUT Fashion Play to promote awareness of their cause.

Our Awareness

Intention:

The intent of this event is to broaden brand awareness of all affiliated companies and organizations amongst the chic urban professional community. It is designed to attract and appeal to the tastemakers that take active roles in setting the mold for style the hottest trends, and overall ingenuity within the city.

 

 

 

Target Groups & Demographics:

  • Ethnicity percentage of 35% African American, 45% Caucasian, 20% Hispanic

  • Annual income ranges of $50k+ Annual Salary

  • Age Group of 5 – 50
